Sexual harassment and violence perpetrated by youth is a significant and widespread public health issue. It occurs frequent in schools, online, and in our communities with serious, sometimes lifelong, physical, mental and behavioral health consequences for victims. Peer-on-peer sexual harassment and abuse is so common in some settings that youth may regard them as normal.
