Rainbow is a character building organization for young women between the ages of 11 and 20 with the purpose of promoting skills related to leadership, effective communication, and service to others. Opportunities for leadership, like planning activities and organizing service projects, are open to any member willing to accept responsibility. Additionally, Rainbow teaches the ideals of friendship, love, and charity, along with other important lessons that enrich the lives of its members.
Rainbow Girls have many opportunities to excel, with the ability to earn merit-based awards recognizing their hard work and determination. Service is an important part of Rainbow, giving them the opportunity to work with many charitable programs. Rainbow Girls find fun and satisfaction in entertaining children in hospitals, spending time with the elderly in nursing homes, and further volunteering at the Masonic Villages.
Through teamwork, service, and leadership opportunities, Rainbow creates of its members the better young women our future depends on.
