Rainbow is a character-building organization for young women, ages 11 to 20, with the purpose of promoting skills related to leadership, effective communication and service to others. Opportunities for leadership, like planning activities and organizing service projects, are open to any member willing to accept responsibility. Additionally, Rainbow teaches the ideals of friendship, love and charity, along with other important lessons that enrich the lives of its members.
Rainbow Girls have many opportunities to excel, with the ability to earn merit-based awards recognizing their hard work and determination. Service is an important part of Rainbow, giving them the chance to work with many charitable programs. Rainbow Girls find fun and satisfaction in entertaining children in hospitals, spending time with older adults in long-term care communities and volunteering at the Masonic Villages.
Through teamwork, service and leadership opportunities, Rainbow creates better young women for a better future for all.
