The Pennsylvania Masonic Youth Foundation maintains an Educational Endowment Fund, from which scholarship awards are made annually to deserving recipients in a competitive program.
Please note: This is not a uniform application for all the scholarships listed in our resource guide. Consult the individual scholarship descriptions to determine whether a separate application is required.
You need the free Adobe Acrobat Reader or Acrobat version 5.0 or greater installed to use this file.
With Acrobat Reader installed, you may fill out and print a copy of the application. You must complete the application in one session, unless you have a full version of Acrobat, which will allow you to save your work. When using the free version of Acrobat Reader, you cannot save your work.
A strategy for working with the application: Print out a blank application using Acrobat Reader, fill out the blank application completely by hand, come back to Acrobat Reader to fill out the electronic application, print the completed application, sign and send it to our office.
If you have problems printing the Scholarship Application, please request one from our office. Please do not use previous years’ applications, as questions change each year.
