Facility Use

Use of the Masonic Conference Center by Pennsylvania Masonic Youth Groups is scheduled through the Foundation Office. Contact us for details. Be advised, weekends and most summer dates are booked anywhere from 2 to 6 years in advance, although cancellations do sometimes occur.
As a non-profit facility, the Conference center is not available for rent. Groups must be invited to use the facilities based on specific criteria. If your group is not related to a Pennsylvania Masonic Youth Group, you’ll need to contact the scheduling office of Pennsylvania’s Masonic Village at Elizabethtown, at 800-599-6454 or 717-367-1121, extension 33151. Rich Whitman, the Event Coordinator, will be able to help you determine if your group is eligible to use the facilities of the Masonic Conference Center or other conference facilities administered by the Masonic Village at Elizabethtown.
